These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase of the Snap Saver software license ("Service") from us ("Seller"). By clicking "Buy," "Purchase," or completing the checkout process, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: SECTIONS 3, 4, AND 5 CONTAIN IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS REGARDING LICENSE TYPES, LEGACY SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND DEPENDENCE ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS.

1. Product & License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Snap Saver software for your personal, non-commercial use.

  • Scope: This license allows you to use the software on the number of devices specified at checkout (default: 1 device).

  • Ownership: You are purchasing a license to use the software, not ownership of the software itself. All intellectual property rights remain with the Seller.

We offer the following license types:

  • Lifetime License: A single one-time payment at the price listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase, granting unlimited saves for the lifetime of the product (see Section 4).

  • Save Credit Packs: One-time purchases of finite save credits at prices listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Credits never expire and are applied to your account immediately upon purchase. Credit packs can be purchased repeatedly and stack with any existing credits on your account.

  • Legacy Subscription: Monthly subscriptions are no longer available for new customers. Existing subscribers retain access to the Service while their subscription remains active (see Section 5).

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product (software license and digital credits), sales are generally final.

Lifetime License Purchases

Once a license has been activated, it cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incompatibility with your specific hardware (please check system requirements before buying).
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party platform updates (see Section 3).

Save Credit Pack Purchases

Save credits are a digital product applied to your account immediately upon purchase. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Unused credits remaining on your account.
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party platform updates (see Section 3).

Legacy Subscription Purchases

  • No Refunds for Partial Periods: Subscription fees are non-refundable for unused portions of a billing period.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • Service Discontinuation Exception: See Section 6 for refund procedures if the Service is permanently discontinued.

3. High-Risk Acknowledgement & Third-Party Dependence

You acknowledge and agree that Snap Saver is a utility designed to interact with third-party services (e.g., Snapchat Web, Google Chrome).

  • No Affiliation: Snap Saver is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Snapchat Inc. or Google LLC.

  • Third-Party Volatility: The functionality of Snap Saver relies on the current technical architecture of Snapchat Web. We have no control over updates, patches, or changes made by Snapchat.

  • Risk of Functionality Loss: If Snapchat updates their web client, changes their encryption methods, or alters their terms of service in a way that breaks Snap Saver's functionality, we are not obligated to provide a refund. While we will make reasonable efforts to update the software, we cannot guarantee it will function indefinitely against third-party countermeasures.

4. Definition of "Lifetime License"

The term "Lifetime Access" or "Lifetime License" refers specifically to the lifetime of the Snap Saver product version, not the lifetime of the buyer.

  • Termination: The "Lifetime" of the product ceases if:

    1. The product is discontinued by the Seller.

    2. The product is rendered permanently non-functional due to third-party technical changes or legal orders (e.g., Cease and Desist).

    3. The Seller ceases business operations.

In such events, your license remains valid for the last functioning version you possess, but no further updates or support will be provided, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Legacy Subscription Terms

Monthly subscriptions are no longer available for new customers. The following terms apply only to existing subscribers:

  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing period. By subscribing, you authorized us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support at [email protected]. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period—you will retain access until that date.

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

  • Failed Payments: If your payment method fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend your access until payment is successfully processed. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.

6. Service Discontinuation Policy

In the event the Service becomes permanently unavailable due to third-party platform actions (e.g., Snapchat implementing countermeasures), legal requirements (e.g., cease-and-desist orders), or business closure:

For Legacy Subscription Users:

  1. All active subscriptions will be immediately cancelled, and no further charges will be processed.

  2. We will send an email notification to all active subscribers explaining the situation.

  3. Subscribers who respond to this notification requesting a refund for the unused portion of their current billing period may receive a prorated refund at our discretion.

  4. Refunds are not automatic. You must actively request a refund by responding to our discontinuation notice.

For Lifetime License Users:

  • No refunds will be issued, as the lifetime license pricing accounts for this risk and the terms explicitly acknowledge the possibility of service discontinuation.

For Save Credit Pack Holders:

  • Unused credits will not be refunded. By purchasing save credits, you acknowledge the inherent risk that the Service may become unavailable due to third-party platform changes or legal requirements, and that unused credits may lose their utility as a result.

You acknowledge and accept that service discontinuation is an inherent risk of software that depends on third-party platforms.

7. User Responsibility & Indemnification

You agree that you are solely responsible for how you use the Software.

  • Compliance: You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and the Terms of Service of any third-party platforms you interact with.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Seller from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

    1. Your violation of these Terms.

    2. Any ban, suspension, or termination of your third-party accounts (e.g., Snapchat) resulting from your use of this Software.

    3. Any claim that your use of the Software infringed the rights of a third party (including copyright or privacy rights).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller's total liability to you for any damages arising from your use of the Software or these Terms shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall the Seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of account access, or loss of profits.

9. Delivery

For lifetime purchases, the license and download link will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout immediately upon payment confirmation. For save credit packs, credits are applied to your account immediately upon successful payment. For legacy subscriptions, access is granted immediately upon successful payment. You are responsible for providing a valid email address. We are not responsible for delivery failure due to typos or spam filters.

10. Updates and Support

We may provide updates to fix bugs or adapt to minor third-party changes at our sole discretion. We are under no obligation to provide specific features or guarantee compatibility with future versions of macOS, Windows, or Chrome.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

You agree to contact our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

  • Fraudulent Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback for a valid purchase (e.g., claiming "unauthorized transaction" after receiving access), we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of your agreement to these Terms and your usage activity. We may also terminate your license and blacklist your account from future use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
